Woke at 207.6, down .2 from yesterday. Did lunch out and happy hour but ate very well at both (well, actually, not at all at happy hour). Weighed 206.2 after 15 minutes of treadmill when I got home to top off my six miles. Back to the blue line, barely. Ate a late dinner so will have to extend the fast tomorrow.
