Woke at 206.2, down 2.0 from yesterday. Traveled to the doctor this morning, so fasted until after I got back, about 1:30 pm. Ate lunch and went to work. Weighed in after working and was 206.0! Did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3 mph and then another 37 at 4 mph to get my six miles in. Weighed in at a nice 202.8 after that. Ate 1440 calories today and will do about the same tomorrow to get fully back on track with my 1650 per day average. Will eat a nice 2070 on Thursday and then 600 on Friday.
