Ginsin's Journal, 02 May 16

Ok, I $%^&# up!!! The day before weigh in for my challeng, I had a junk day. I think all the stress (excuses) of possibly flooding (we were fine) but didn't sleep well, and came to work at 5:15 am (instead of 7 am). Then stayed at work all day, glued to the news until at least 11 am when I was able to relax a bit. By the time I got home last night at 6:30-7, started eating my husband chips and cookies. Not just normal cookies but these thick, fat, good cookies that are like 170 calories a cookie (at 4--FOUR!!!!!). Oh well, back to the drawing board. Sh*t happens! Tired today, still didn't sleep well and came to work for 5:45 am worried about possible storms today. I will eat dinner and get out of that kitchen tonight.

Hope you can sleep easily soon. Happy you didn't have flooding. Hope today goes better. You're human. Sometimes you just need four cookies.

Loading day before is good! Stimulus to the glad that stores fat, when eliminating fat and lower calories for diet beginning. Good luck

Guilt is useless in this game and tends towards detrimental. Be proud of those gym accomplishments! Pride can fill you up in a good way!

Do not beat yourself up. Last night after weeks without any 'bad' goodies I wound up eating a box of Mallomars. At least it was the evening after weigh-in so I have a week to make sure I work it off lol. But in all seriousness, we all have triggers that can cause a misstep. Just pick yourself up and start over again and put it in the past :) Everyone here is human.
