super excited this week. Just really watched my calories and increase the protein. I barely worked out this week because my bursitis is so bad on the one side it makes me cry to try.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Have you tried Biofreeze; I use the one with 10% active ingredient. You just spray it on the painful area. Hope you get that bursitis in check.
