After losing my Dad in March I have lost my inspiration. It doesn't help that he was the cook for the last 6 yrs. I wish I had paid more attention to how he did things in the kitchen because I am really have a tough time. He was my best friend .

Well I have been off this site and off the wagon so to say. Worry and stress are the role this time and I seen it coming. Could go on about the bad year but it won't do the reality of it justice. I ate and never pushed away and gained most of weight back.
