New low weight for me, Yaaaaaay! But no time to celebrate, I have to keep going. I'm more concerned with KEEPING it off this week. Tonight we are going for mexican and I will have my chile rellenos. They don't batter them so all is good. I don't eat the chips/beans/rice. BUT tomorrow we are going to a chili cookoff at a winery. I SHOULD say 4 wineries! There are 6 different chefs at each for the chili samples, all with wine. Not a big wine drinker but I do love me some chili! Here comes the moderation test! I horribly failed at christmas time. I've read what you all have to say and advise and am trying to keep it all in mind.

Sometimes you need to live a little. A single day off of plan is not going to de-rail your diet. Enjoy your time and don't stress. You'll do fine.

Congrats on your new low weight. The chili/winery adventure sounds great, I love both. If you can keep chili portions moderate you shouldn't have too much damage...I can think of a lot worse things you could eat!

Yum,Yum! Chili shouldn't be too much of a problem if you eat "tasting" amts. After all, it's just meat and a chili-tomato sauce and beans (sometimes) -- all basically healthy foods. Have a good time...
