Day three at the Agile 2015 IT conference at the Gaylord. Met many thought leaders in the industry and shared what we are doing at my agency. Actually had a late dinner with one of the absolute fathers of the well-known Scrum method of IT development, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. So great to meet and work with these folks who lead the industry. Ate plenty today but also burned an amazing 4119 calories without a workout! That’s a lot of walking around a convention center! Could not make it through a single 1.5 hour discussion today without excusing myself so the water is moving out. Weighed 216.6 when I woke today. Got home after plenty of eating so will use the morning reading as today’s weight and will weigh in again tomorrow.

Gaylord is huge so I know you had to get a lot of walking in. Surprised it wasn't more :). Good for your digestion of all that wonderful food!

That would be pretty cool to have dinner and work with folks like that Bill, sounds like your work is both demanding and rewarding. 4119 calories burned, wow, that's a lot. Nice job. Keep moving out the water. I need to stop eating the sunflower seeds my stepson got me into, too much sodium.
