Doing a quick journal entry as sleep is needed. UPDATE (next day): Day four at the Agile 2015 IT conference at the Gaylord. Another great day but extended with a party afterwards where I ate four brats and some sweets. Ate very late and did not work out, so got a 223.6 upon waking and a 227.0 right before midnight. My water levels are astounding -- up 10 pounds during the day. One more day of this and then back on track this weekend.
