Ugh, that sounds super uncomfortable and inconvenient. Being hurt makes it so hard to get around. sending love and support! 💕 

Thanks Morticia, when I saw the doctor on Thursday I told her I'd rest a few days and if not better come back and get the X-Ray. But it's been 4 days of not doing much but laying bed with my leg elevated and I'm going crazy! I get up half a dozen times a day to get water or feed my pets, let the dog out , etc. And just that little bit of hopping or limping around hurts. So I'm calling the doctor tomorrow to ask for the X-Ray and to ask about a knee brace 

Thanks JC, my problem doesn't sound as bad as what is going on with you. But anytime we can't get around easily makes daily life difficult. 

Sorry you are still having issues with your knee. A brace may help as that's what they gave me when I hurt my knee. It helped keep it stable. ❤️❤️❤️ 

Possibly a torn meniscus? Can be very painful, but generally easy to fix. Whatever it is, I hope they get you better soon.💚💜💛 

I feel your literal pain. I was supposed to have surgery but I don’t have insurance. KT Tape has changed my life. Braces and rest never helped much. Hope you’re feeling better soon! 

That's so frustrating! I hope the Dr can help you find a better solution soon! 

Thanks Diana, Shir, Flying Walrus, and T3. I called the doctor's office this morning and asked if she could order the X-Ray for my knee and if she has any recommendations for a brace or something so I can walk without limping and pain. Just waiting for the call back 

Kt tape works for hubs knee and shoulder pain also 

Thanks YOH, I googled the tape. Might be too hard for me to figure out. I just keep hoping the knee will just get better. I'm still waiting for the doctor to call me about getting the Xray. Called around 8am and now it's after 1. I know they often call at the end of the day. But I stayed home waiting for the call when I needed to limping around the grocery store to get half and half. No coffee for 3 days now! And the porch kitty hasn't gotten her h&h either. 

Fritzy as a short term fix the Kt tape goes right over the painful area and a little beyond on both sides. Firmly. Ive used it on my shoulder also. Kind of holds it in place. So glad you are getting X-ray. Better to know where you are at. Keep in mind mri will show soft tissue damage where an X-ray will not. 

Fritzy, most grocery stores have motorized carts, much less painful. 🏵️🌼🏵️ 

Thanks YOH. I wrapped an Ace bandage around the knee and it seems to help a little with the pain. Still waiting for the doctor or X-Ray department to call. 

Thanks Shir. I hope I don't need to use a motorized cart. Right now I just need half and half. If I need more I may ask my brother in law to pick up whatever I need. They live in my neighborhood and he goes to the store almost every day 

Fritzy, using a motorized cart doesn't bother me in the least, neither does using a walker. Of course, I'd much rather still be able to walk on my own, but those days are gone forever. 

Shir, I don't know how a motorized cart would work for me. Everything I buy seems to be on the top shelf. Putting any weight on my right leg really hurts. I've overdone things today because I even pain when lying down.
