I'm so happy to have lost 2 pounds since last Sunday! My goal is a pound a week and that is usually hard enough. For some reason I'm just really motivated right now - with how I am eating and with getting in daily walks. I have a coupon for a free large pizza. I had planned on getting the pizza yesterday but kept thinking I wouldn't be able to eat just one slice. So I didn't get the pizza. When you live alone, if you get a large pizza, you will eat a large pizza. What matters is how quickly you eat it. What I want to do is have just one slice for 2 days and then freeze the rest in single slices. The coupon is good for a year

I like the idea of immediately freezing the remaining slices. That would be a great way to avoid temptation, putting another barrier between binging/cravings.

I agree, that's an awesome idea. never thought about freezing pizza that's already been cooked. I will definitely have to do that in the future. I also have a hard time saying no to pizza.

Great job on the weight loss and walking! Maybe hold off on the pizza until you have someone to share it with, thus cutting down on the number of servings you will ultimately eat.

Thanks Scotty and Jennzzz, I don't like co!d, leftover pizza like some people so I often freeze it and will bake, not microwave, a slice or two to enjoy later

Thanks Bana as, I actually had thought about taking half the pizza to my sister's house but will probably keep th who!e thing and see how good I can be with portion control. At worst, it's one large pizza but I am pretty determined not to eat too much at one time

Thanks Foody! Right now I'm.trying hard where I had been making excuses not to walk or to eat things I shouldn't. I find it so easy to be lazy. I am enjoying the walks but sometimes I am too ambitious. Today's goal was to walk 8500 steps but it was cold and windy so I only did 5000 steps which is still good for me.
