Just a number ….it’s how you feel that matters…it was 280…but has been on way back down…building the muscle…having the protein…eating more…2 meals..instead of 1….as always a learning experience…

That was yesterday….today I was down…but definitively inflamed today…my mind says let’s go..my body say not today….
