Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday… My ride yesterday…up a hill like usual….for me…flat rides are boring…nice to have a flat between hills to recover….but not a flat for the whole ride….todays plan upper body…and walking… Cooler nights with windows open..but great for sleeping… Sippin first ☕️….setting my intentions…of my morning workouts… Have a fantastic positive day….
