Woke at 202.4. Ate 1287 calories at work and got home at 203.2. Did 70 minutes/1000 calories of HIIT treadmill and got to 200.0. Could not convince the scale to read 199.9! Ate 2062 calories today and targeting 2016 tomorrow.
