204.6 waking weigh in. Water, black coffee, and coconut oil for breakfast. Sure hope this isn't another deal like last week where I gained a pound a day after a great weekend weigh in. Went about 40 calories over target yesterday so will adjust today. Finished 16:8 intermittent fast and then did 70 minutes of HIIT treadmill and burned 1000 calories. Weighed in at about 1pm and got to 201.8 again, same as yesterday’s post-workout weight. Tomorrow is an official weigh in day (every three days, max), so will be hoping to hit that number or lower tomorrow after work. Targeting 1955 calories today.

Good Luck to you. I know you will get with the program again. I did not log food in over the weekend. Atleast I held my weight and did not gain. Back on trying to get to first goal again of 150- Also my challenge starts no food after 7:30PM.

Sometimes there is no logical explanation for those little weight blips. But at least you got below 200 Saturday. Tried coconut oil in my coffee once and thought I was going to barf! But I do cook with it now - makes great chicken!

I cook with coconut oil as it can take a higher heat than olive oil. I will eat a spoonful of it when I think about it. I always have a lot of energy the days I do that. Enjoy your workday at home.

hmmm - I have coconut oil in my cupboard but have not used any yet. I keep meaning to. I have used it on my hair though - LOL - my hair loves it!
