It's been up & down past 10 days! Topped off an after binge at 314; that's scary! So weird, I feel hungrier than ever even though I have plenty of calories. Maybe I should write a post about that :) Happy Thursday, FS friends!

I hate days when I always feel hungry. Happy Thursday.

My main problem is mouth hunger which has nothing to do with actually being hungry. It's a comfort thing I suppose. Hang in there!

Have you tried bone broth to help with both the hunger and upping protein. It was my go to for first six months of my journey.
