Woke at 201.4 which was a nice surprise after 202.8 pre-dinner last night. Perhaps drinking an entire bottle of red wine helped move some more water? Had a very good sodium flush and cleanse day yesterday so that no doubt contributed. Anyway, immediately I reset my goal to get into the 190s after 16:8 IF and HIIT. Did a full body dumbbell workout while milling about doing morning chores and finally got around to hopping on the treadmill at 2:45pm. Did my usual 65 minute, 900 calorie workout and was rewarded with a nice 199.2 weigh in. Now, will continue to follow my new ‘6000 calories every three days’ plan to see if I can go lower into the 190s before the end of the month.

1/24/15 Tanita Numbers (after 19 hours of fasting, dumbbell workout, 65 minutes HIIT treadmill):

Nice numbers. I am always inspired by your metabolic age, your exercise routine, etc. Totally fascinated and curious by the amount and types of food, booze, etc you can eat and drink. You are certainly motivatig. Thanks for posting all that info!

Thanks, Snezica and Letty! Mom, it's absolutely true. Our bodies were designed to do different things. I have a long term goal of 10 percent BF. A woman would set an equivalent goal of about 20 percent. But it is hard, hard, hard to get that last bit off!

Thank you and back atcha! The January experiment is not working quite as planned, so I will adjust in February. I have an ongoing 1150 calorie per day deficit at this point and I thought that would take me deeper into the low 190s. But in trying to maintain the 1000 per day deficit, I ate a lot on days where I worked out a lot. In theory that should have been fine, but I didn't hit the 190s until I chose a consistent calorie number and then maintained it regardless of my exercise. Will do that from the get-go in February.

My friend we are now in healty competition I'm 201.6 and set my goal for 190 and I drink wine too trying to not drink in the week sometimes the plan doesn't work cause happy hour Friday is not week in my book , as always excellent work
