Great day of eating including a huge omelet, some yogurt with chocolate protein powder and healthy goodies, pork roast, wilted spinach, and strawberry “ice cream.” Plus a few drinks. Went over target calories by a bit but burned a lot today and will exceed a 1000 calorie deficit.

I will have to try that when I finish out my week of the FMD. The only reason I can't try it now is because I have a humongous container of Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein and this diet forbids use of dairy. I think they use Hemp or Pea Protein. Sucks. Ha ha! I can mix up the frozen berries with almond milk though. Might try that. Thanks! :)

Congrats on a healthy day of eating (including the spinach - LOL). Now I realize that your go by more than just what the scale says. But just the same I see you are back in "Onderland". Bet you are thrilled to see payoff for all your hard work.
