214.8 lbs this morning. This is a gain from my last weigh-in of 12/29 but I was sick and very dehydrated at that point, so this is my lowest true weight yet. I'm happy with it, a good start to the new year.

Date night tonight, we'll probably eat out somewhere. I'll eat light until dinner and then try to make good choices at whatever restaurant we go to. Have a great Friday!

My wife needs a pick-me-up, I'm crawling out of the doghouse, so surprising her with reservations at a nice restaurant we haven't been to before but looks to have very good food. It will not be low calorie affair, I've prepared by getting in exercise during my lunch break and will do a full session on the cycle tonight, full stomach or not, so there should still be a calorie deficit. Stomach is rumbling in anticipation, looking forward to it!

We had a great dinner, too many calories but still had a deficit for the day. Will eat light today to compensate.
