FYI for anyone interested - while at the grocery store today I came across some Mission brand tortilla's that had only 6 grams of net carbs and either 24 or 26 grams of fiber per wrap. That's almost an entire day's worth of fiber in one wrap. I think protein was 9 grams, calories were 210 or 220 per wrap, and fat was low. I'd just bought some wraps and flatbreads yesterday, once they're used I'm going to try these, will report on how they taste.

They make excellent Quesadilla's. They do not hold up well for enchilada's though. Another brand is Extreme Wellness.

I have probably tried all the high fiber and low carb tortillas, and the Mission tortillas taste normal to my family. They cannot even tell they are different from regular tortillas.

I made fajitas last night with Flatout Light flatbreads...90 calories, 9 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber. They're a little delicate for fajitas, had to be careful to not get tears in them, but worked out OK. I'm sure the Mission brand are more durable, larger and more calories too, but it's a trade off with all the fiber in them. Anyway, an excellent and filling dinner with wild rice and black beans too.

yeah - those are a great, great option over bread, traditional tortillas, etc. they come in a variety of sizes too. they taste just fine, in my opinion. we have had them for a couple of years.

Never seen the Mission brand here. Take it your in the US. If you less calories wrap, I use lettuce leaves, romaine I think is best for it has a nice crunch. Butter leaves are more like a wrap but hard to find big enough.
