My body is begrudgingly giving up the weight. I think I worked at it harder this past week than ever. I see and feel a difference though, in fact I feel better since I've stepped up my exercise routine. Last night during the final 10 minutes of cycling my heart rate got to 146 which is the farthest I've pushed myself, and it felt good. Happy Friday everyone. ;)
98.4 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you my friends, I appreciate your support as always. Chris the only heart monitor I have now is built into my exercise bike but I'd like to get some kind of heart monitor so I can gauge my exercise level doing various activities. Money is tight right now but at some point I'll hopefully get something, would like to avoid the type where you have to wear a belt around the torso if possible.

I hear ya. Money is tight for me as well. Will have to wait until after Christmas. I splurged on Black Friday and Cyber Monday so will have to tighten. My larder has gotten low and that takes priority.

Just found out I have to cough up $314 for Medicare coverage by December 25. Merry Christmas from Social Security! Megadittoes on the money is tight sentiment.
