Not much time, thanks for the comment.. my first goal, actually the doctor's, he wants me at 250.. and then 225 (maybe).. due to my bone structure... if i go much lower, it will be very unhealthy for me..(even though the normal 'standard' will say I am still overweight...)... sorry like i said.. not much time, hate not having a puter or the net at home--well the only net i have is my cell phone and it is not that great
