I've been trying to get back to/below the last low I reached about a month ago. I decided to have nothing but liquids yesterday and did fine except I forgot and ate most of a bell pepper raw. Now want to get below 190 for the first time in at least 3 years and then it will be on to finish my 2nd 15 pound goal. Have to be careful today!
86.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks OTB, HCG and Shir - I haven't been good since the day I weighed. That is so typical of me! Not horrible except for the quarter pounder with cheese I got on my long drive home from the hair stylist. But no fries! Nothing bad to eat in the house so I should get back to being good tomorrow.
