I just slept more than 2 hours AFTER the cats and the dog woke me at 5:15. I got up, let Bobby outside, fed the porch kitty who was waiting by her dish, fed my cats and Bobby and went back to sleep. I don't usually do that but it was a nice "nap" after waking up! Now it's time for coffee.
90.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Liv - I love the extra sleep. I suffer from insomnia all the time and wake up numerous times during the night normally. Thanks Bananas - Since I'm retired the only way I know it's Monday is it's garbage pickup day.

I woke up at 315 this morning! I still worked out with Letty on zoom and then was up with my mom, took Sydney for a walk and then like you, I went back to bed for an hour. Glad you were able to return to bed...being retired has its perks!! 😌🥱🥱
