Did a 16:8 fast, a weight lifting workout, and a 30 minute tune-up on the treadmill. Steady at 201.8. Looking for a drop before Wednesday. Will eat 1200-1500 calories today and then adjust as necessary tomorrow so that I maintain a 1600 calorie per day deficit until I hit the 190s. Happy Sunday, everyone!

Went to see Denise's choral group sing, and we both scrambled out of there without even looking at the tables of pot luck goodies. But hunger hit me like a train on the way home. Grabbed a protein bar to tide me over until dinner... Turkey chops in an hour! We will survive the day!

Thanks, MontanasMom! Loved dinner but ate a bit early so snuck in a few cherries and some honey ham as a 7:45 snack! I'm gonna jump on the treadmill for a LIGHT post dinner mile...
