Not quite 1500 calories today. Ate salmon for dinner and was still a bit hungry so ate a massive head of lettuce, a cucumber, a tomato, and half an onion. Ate a lot of carbs today, but mostly veggies and fruit, so hope it does not have an adverse effect.

I have my food all set up for today, but my carbs are way to high, and I am about 650 calories short of my 2100 rdi. Don't know what to do with my carbs so high, but at least its coming from fruit, veggies, and whole grains.
