Another 1400 plus calorie day. Really enjoyed eating today. Salmon and blueberries for breakfast, a terrific blueberry smoothie for lunch, and turkey chops for dinner. Also added a protein bar, some honey ham, and cherries as a snack. Will do about 1000 calories tomorrow as an adjustment to glide into my June 26 anniversary date on FatSecret. Hoping for the 190s! Got 1.9 pounds to go!
