I hadn't weighed myself since the 1st. I'm finding it easier not to weigh daily. I worry so much about the weight each day that I don't drink even a sip of water until after I weigh myself. I think the loss is due to NOT having meatloaf yesterday. But I plan on cooking it today.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats! I love meatloaf... and the family doesn't so I have to be careful when I make it because I will eat and eat. Anyhow- Way to go!!

Thanks Shrewdness. I had planned on just weighing myself on the first of each month, but just had to see what my weight was today. I get thirsty during the night and first thing in the morning so I like I can start wake up and drink water except on whatever day I step on the scale. The appointmens are pretty easy and I do some stretches at home. DP - I don't make meatloaf with tomato soup or sauce. I mix in a can of cream of mushroom soup and a packet of Lipton onion soup mix. The mushroom soup is so much better (in my opinion) than tomato flavor. It's easy to eat too much. I'm going to try to practice portion control and freeze a serve to take with me to the coast in 2 weeks. Thanks Erika!

I can't remember what my mother used other than grated potato, an egg and onions, but it was tomatoey. Maybe soup. I use the mushroom soup and onion soup mix on beef roast, never thought about for meatloaf. I'd love that.

Snowwhite - I put in an egg and either bread crumbs or oatmeal to hold the meat together. Maybe that's what the grated potato did? Once my mom made the meatloaf with mushroom soup I never made it any other way. I use it to make gravy when I make a roast and also when I make stew.

Great job! I weigh at random times and try to record each time but then at the end of the month I delete all the extra and just keep the monthly record.

Thanks Buenitabishop! Thanks DJinVegas - I used to weigh daily when I was very focussed on losing weight. I'd even weigh myself during the night if I got up just to get an idea of what my morning weight would be. I try to weigh myself every week or so because if I don't I get back into bad eating habits. Thanks Abba and Crazycat - I didn't weigh myself this morning. I figured I would be up a little because of the meatloaf although I was good at portion control. I did get an extra bite or two before going to bed in order to take my Ibuprofen without getting an upset stomach. I could eat the whole meatloaf in one sitting!
