I've lost 7 lbs in 5 days. There will be some regain after the fast. I'm planning to go a couple of more days.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 35.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your fasting amazes me. I only do IF, usually 16/8. You are such a strong person and so disciplined. I admire you. Happy New Year.

Thank you my FS friends! It's gotten easier with practice. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but I find the longer fasts easier than daily ones, because hunger vanishes, life is simplified and the spirit breathes.
