Up a half pound from yesterday. My calorie intake was a bit higher than it has been but not much and I got plenty of activity yesterday. I did eat more processed foods so sodium level was higher. But not sweating it, sticking to the plan. My wife and I are going to Buffalo Saturday thru Monday for Mother's Day, that's where her kids are. So a couple days of mostly driving plus it'll be a challenge food-wise...I'm going to be pro-active and bring some stuff w/ a cooler so I have alternative choices.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The little fluctuations used to drive me nuts when I was losing. It's a real exercise in faith.

Enjoy your trip, expect your weight to go up a little while traveling, but don't stress out too much about it. If the weather permits, see who in the family is willing to go for a walk with you to show you around to see how the neighbood has changed (this is just a ruse for you to get some some exercise :) but they don't have to know that)
