Have you ever left celery in the fridge for three weeks? You know how it gets all rubbery? Well, that's how my legs feel today. Like three week old celery.

I'm literally so sore from the gym yesterday, I can barely walk today and I am having trouble sitting down, my legs are so shaky and weak. I really, REALLY overdid it yesterday. It didn't hurt at the time, I swear!

I got a trainer, and all she did was give me an assessment! We did these things where you sit in an invisible chair by lowering yourself into a sitting position for a second, then back up again, hanging onto ropes for balance in the process. I did about 20 of those with a little rest in between.

They felt like nothing. Effortless. Just the smallest burn afterwards. And I even stretched out the lactic acid and walked it off for 25 minutes after. So what the hell.

I hate not being 30 anymore. But I'll be back Wednesday. Soaked in the Jacuzzi and stretched gently today.

Just call me celery legs for now, though. :(

I have had that awful rubbery feeling in my legs before! Jucuzzi's are great for that. Keep up the good work though! Tomorrow should be better.

Feel that way often after a workout and add vibrating muscles.... doesn't last long though. A Jacuzzi would feel nice.

I hate to correct you Dom (oh no I don't...lol) but you ARE thirty dear.... My wife has a special system for women to use and it seems to work for her. When a "lady" reaches her 30th birthday any subsequent birthdays are all in the thirty range. Let me explain. At 40 years she is thirty ten..............at 41 years she is thirty eleven.........at 42 years she is thirty twelve and so on so she is never older than 30, simple huh....lol

That's awesome! It's a good pain, you did it!! You worked out, you put yourself first, and you're doing it! Taking care of your body isn't a walk in the park, you have to put in the work to get the results. Pain is a good thing, if the workouts are being done right :) Keep up the great work!!!
