I'm overjoyed! The scale hasn't gone down for so long I was shocked! Hopefully I can keep it going down. I kept my calories under 1400, and also did low carb.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 33.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
