I was overwhelmed yesterday by all your kind responses to my "then and now" pictures. The care you show me really does encourage me to do better, and I appreciate every comment. While I really dug into that leftover pasta yesterday, I did not do any midnight snacking, which is usually my worst downfall. Thanks again for your continuing support! 💜💚💛
