Got a nice 213.0 weigh in at noon today. We got snowed in and I'm working from home, so I was able to do my workout at the end of my 16:8 fasting period. Just got all my IIFYM fiber requirements handled for the day and all other macros are in great shape, too. Enjoy the winter scenery today and stay warm and dry! Bill

Cool. I see you had a loss even with the increased caloric intake.We are snowbound here in NC too. The Governor even urged people t stay home. You know it is bad when The UNC/Duke basketball is postponed. So much for living on Tobacco Road. LOL

Yes, I just got my SECOND workout today... shoveled a bunch of that wet snow. Happy so far with the IIFYM... I'm at 213 from an all time low of 209, but most of that is muscle mass. YES! I have friends in Carolina and if THAT basketball game is canceled, you know it's bad! LOL.
