Back up to 198 :-( I did have a cheat meal on Mothers day but it wasn't too bad, and then my calories were really low on Tuesday, but over a little on Wednesday. I guess I earned the gain! Next week is another week! Hopefully I will go back down again.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 30.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I averaged out my last 2 weeks. Week one I lost 1.4 lbs and ate a weekly average of 1787 calories. This week I gained it all back with a weekly average of 1620 calories. Hmmmm.
