I’m still stuck, even with logging and trying to be mindful of movement when I can. One thing I noticed the past 2 days is peeing more. It was 3 conservative months of being on steroids, and I remembered y’all saying to hydrate. The weird thing is I started paying more attention to logging my water and hitting my goal, not every day for sure, but I only started peeing a lot the past 2 days, so hoping it’s a sign I’m back to normal. I definitely noticed when I push hard with a high number of steps for days in a row, I’m up, but muscle tears, rebuilds and carries water. It does come back down, but no loss other than the last. My intake is reported, if I missed a day, honestly nothing to see. I know what prednisone and stress can do for sure. I’m meditating in the morning. I’m just frustrated.... but going to keep it moving 💪 help is always appreciated 💜💚
