Happy Monday everyone! I'm at almost 25 pounds down and am truly amazed at what a HUGE difference it has made in my resting heart rate. This shows the change in both since the beginning of April. Being a bit of a nerd about my progress keeps me focused.
148.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 52.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

If I am reading your gaph correctly it indicates a resting heart rate in the 30s? If that is true, please see a doctor.

@Kenna Morton the numbers on the graph got cut off. I went from resting heart rate went from high 80s to mid 70s. Thank you so much for your eagle eye and your concern. ❤️
