Bike 60 minutes.

Stretching 25/Scriptural Rosary
-Raised Lunges 15 seconds each leg x 5
-Balance Tandem 90 seconds each leg
-Raised Lunges 90 seconds each leg
-Seated Hip Flexion 15 seconds each leg x 5
-Sitting Piriformis Stretch/Hip Er 90 seconds each leg

Made "taco bowls" today: 1/4 cup farro, 1/2 cup quinoa, homemade pico de gallo, chicken medallions, onion, red bell pepper, cumin, chili powder, and I grated some yellow squash and snuck it in there. RM loved it. I'm determined to get him to love zucchini and squash.

2nd day of Novena to Our Lady of Lourdes.
