I think I'm doing ok. I had a bad day yesterday that brought me back to Fat Secret so I can regain control. I'v been sickish for the past week and nibbled all day yesterday. I am going to keep better track of what I put in my mouth for a few days until I get back down to 165.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
