What a good feeling it is to see the scale move in a positive direction. It is also a good feeling to read the positive comments folks post to give you encouragement. For that I say thank you, keep up the good work.
Cold weather always finds us wanting some warm comfort food. Beware of hidden calories when we make these things such as breading your meat before you cook it and adding gravy. Boneless and skinless meats are better ways to go.
