Well my soup diet is over and I lost a total of 5 lbs. It wasn't quite the amount I was hoping for, but I didn't follow the diet to a T. I got really tired of the soup. I'll take the 5 lbs and be grateful. Now on with the rest of my life trying to stay within boundaries of my goal weight. The holidays are very tough and it is hard not to go overboard on the goodies and Christmas parties.
