I went 3 minutes yesterday on my elliptical. yes me. I was waiting for a reaction from my bad knee but nope. I went to bed last night with no guilt. maybe today will be 4.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 34.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all for supporting me. What I started to remember is as I'm exercising, I seem to get hungry faster. I screwed up yesterday. I stopped and got some wonderful Puerto Rican food at this little market by my house. It was some kind of ground meat. The lady called it Pico something. I ate all the meat and a small bit of the yellow rice and red beans. I should have taken a pic of it. When I looked it up on fat secret the calories were like 523 a cup but I thought since it's protein and no carbs I was safe. Lol big mistake. I jumped on my elliptical about 5 times last night especially before I went to bed. I ate more calories then I burned yesterday 😫. Oh well back on the routine today.
