Dropped a few more ounces. Trying to get low and level off before Thanksgiving!

That’s what I’m debating. Try to drop kcal and lose fat around the holidays or go with it and drop in January.

I find that the longer I go, the longer it takes to catch up. I try to feast with friends and family but abstain when I am by myself. Sort of works... have a great holiday season!

I think whatever we lose before Thanksgiving is great, and we should enjoy the holidays with our friends and family. But not from Thanksgiving Day till New Years😂 We got this friends🙌🙌💜💚❤️

True JC! Too many people make it one long holiday. I have at least 3 meals for each holiday and do a special snack food meal for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Those 8-9 meals are plenty for me.
