Woke at 231.4, down 1.8 from yesterday. Right direction, but slow going. Supposed to do a business dinner out tonight, but I am thinking of skipping it to go home and continue whittling away at the weight. UPDATE: Great day of fasting and water movement at work. Came in the door at 227.8, which was sort of an unexpected surprise! I was hoping for about 230!

Slow going?? 1.8 should be a drop over a number of weeks not just overnight! You are doing a great job- just because you have a long way to go doesn’t mean your progress now isn’t fruitful
