Woke at 229.0, down 2.4 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner except for protein drinks. UPDATE: Came home at 227.4. Lost 2.3 pounds of body fat and gained 6.0 pounds of lean mass in the last month, hence a 3.7 pound gain. Don't know if these numbers are legit, but they are based on the same scale I've been using. I have a business lunch and two after hours events tomorrow.
