Likely eight to ten will come off quick Gary...but after that just keep chipping away...you know what to do, so don't panic...unfortunately for some of us (maybe most of us) it's much easier and faster to put weight (fat) on than take it off. Hope you find a great groove that consistently chips away at that gain, take care!!

Glad you’re back. It is hard to re-lose weight we thought was gone for ever, but you’re being brave and doing the right thing by posting and re-committing to take care of yourself. Please keep posting while you go through this b/c you are such an inspiration to so many of us. I wish you the best always. 😊👍🏻

I don’t know what your medical issues are but move into this a little more slowly especially if there have been necessary medication adjustments and or new meds. A significant weight gain like you have had in a short period of time might also be an indicator that going balls to the wall on physical activity to begin with might not be the best idea. Start with walking, light resistance work and see how you feel then progress onward and upward. Good luck.
