happy happy sunday...

decided to weigh in..end of the month almost....and get things caught up...in aug my weight before i went to doctor had went up to 296...other day when i was weighed again...was down to 286...however...with out my clothes and shoes on..on my scales this morning it read..282.8

so...now im good to go for another month...i use to weigh in here every day..up an down it went...now just gonna do 30 day weigh in on fs...i keep track of it daily...its a habit...

rain today they say...who knows for sure..

a day off to catch up on whats needing my attention..not much to do today but rest...and flip channels..move around from time to time...keep the blood flowing..

ate breakfast...tummy is singing to me..or is it growling...doesnt matter..im full...

have a fantastic day...
