Happy happy Monday....

Gotta say..wasn’t in the mood to get a workout in this morning...and after the first 5 miles...woke up them endorphins...and I was in my groove..was just wondering why I picked Richmond course to ride...one of the ones I hate to ride..but riding the courses you hate make you stronger...not gonna get stronger always picking the easy courses...them easy courses are good on recovery days...to catch up on miles..and to do less elevation...link to ride... https://www.strava.com/activities/2751668039

Walmart today...short list...

Woke up to 68 this morning...80-90s by later this afternoon....set on porch yesterday...and enjoyed the cooler air..until the humidity came out..then time to head back in...

Gonna have breakfast..get ready for walmart..got a few errands to do this morning..while I’m in the mood...not sure what I’m gonna find to do this afternoon..might be a nap in my future...lol..

Good work doing your workout. Sometimes it is a bit chore. Hope shopping goes well today. I am going to hit walmart as well today. It is a snow day here.

Ty liv..for me..if i dont do within an hour of waking up...the excuse list gets longer..and its so easy to miss workouts
