Happy happy Saturday....

A review of news from late yesterday..nurse called said my ldl from labs showed 134...needs to be below 130...however...when they were took first time...it read 174...which was on over sight on their part for not having me fast first...so who knows where it might of read...I don’t really care...as it’s close to where it needs to be...just keep tweaking what I do

Was gonna fast ...but instead decided to just cut the extra carbs I normally eat on days I workout....

68 this morning...wasn’t to hard to get outta bed...and really enjoyed the ride today..however I did get..9hours of sleep instead of my usual 8...wasn’t nothing on tv...and I didn’t feel like flipping channels...so went to bed ...guess I needed it...

Well..this is where I say I’m headed to kitchen...so..have a fantastic day.....
