I've been a little inconsistent this past week about everything, but I have been generally on track. I've been doing some heavy gardening in the heat, which helped me lose weight in spite of a little looser eating.
102.4 kg Lost so far: 24.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Debbie, I've still got 13 lbs to go to get back to my weight before my concussion and that was 13 lbs above my recent low. It's a long process, but I'm making my way!
