222 lbs. Back from another self-imposed hibernation. Why I think I can stay away from here, not log food, and be successful I don't know. But it doesn't work for me.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
